Highview Offers a variety of ways to get involved for fun, friends, and fellowship!
WELCA
(Women of the ELCA)
When you become a member of our church, women automatically become a member of WELCA. This membership is divided alphabetically into two groups. Each group serves through the year. This service may include funerals, soup suppers during Lent, continental breakfasts and special events.
Quilting Group
The Highview Quilters meet every Thursday morning throughout the year to tie quilts. They have 13 active members and two honoree members and would welcome anyone who would like to join us! Whether you love to quilt or would love to learn this is a wonderful opportunity to make some amazing new friends!
Men's Fellowship and Work Group
Each Thursday morning at 9:00am a group of men (mostly retired) gather for coffee, fellowship and a devotion. After coffee, they spend an hour or two making any repairs needed around the church. They also take on major projects, such as landscaping, construction projects, setting up or tearing down rooms for events, and any other need that comes their way.
Choir
The Highview choir practices Wednesday nights at 7:00pm in the church choir room.
